 Returning a purchase

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it new and in its original condition within 30 days. Please include a copy of your receipt and we will promptly refund the item price less original and return shipping costs.

Important: Please contact Helicopters Only for a Return Authorization Number first.

What you cannot return for a refund
Selected items are not returnable, such as Special Order Items.
Owing to the nature of the following products, Helicopters Only will replace DVD's and
Software with an identical copy if the item is found defective.

Shipping

USA
Helicopters Only uses UPS Ground - UPS Next Day Air Saver - US. Priority Mail for orders shipping to USA addresses except Alaska and Hawaii.  Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and APO/FPO address are shipped by US. Mail only. This option will be shown as you check out of our shopping cart while processing your on-line order.

Overseas
Overseas orders are subject to your country Import Tax or Duty.
No U.S. Sales Tax is charged for orders shipped outside the state of Massachusetts USA.
You the customer are solely responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by your country regarding the import of your order. Please consult with your countries authorities regarding possible charges.

 

Privacy
Helicopters Only does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Our secure server software (SSL) encrypts on-line orders. All customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. Regular emails sent to us are not encrypted.

We contract with other companies to provide certain services, including credit card processing, shipping, name and address verification, email distribution, and promotions.We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services and work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected. If an item ordered needs to be dropped shipped, Helicopters Only supplies the manufacturer with your shipping address, email address for delivery confirmation and your credit card information for direct payment to that company.


How We Use Email
When you provide us your email address, we will send you emails necessary to process your order, respond to a request, provide customer service, or promote products or services. For example, after you place an order at Helicopters Only, you will receive an email confirmation from us, and your order tracking information will be emailed to you from UPS or the US. Post Office.

 

Sales Tax

A Sales Tax of 5% is added to orders made or shipped within the State of Massachusetts only.

 

Back Orders

We work very hard to keep all items in stock.
When a customer orders a product that is not currently in stock but is on order, we will ship that back order by UPS Ground, or Priority Mail.
There will be NO additional shipping charge on the secondary shipment. (International orders will not be shipped until all items are in stock.)

 


 RC Batteries

All Lithium Polymer Batteries we carry are only for remote control - RC use.  It may not be suitable for any other applications.  Battery handling, charging and discharging all have the potential for serious injury to persons and damage to property.  Lithium Polymer Batteries can catch on fire. Lithium batteries should NOT be left unattended while being charged as THEY CAN CATCH ON FIRE. Proper precautions should be taken before charging Lithium batteries such as having a fire extinguisher ready and placing the batteries in a fire safe container.  RADIO CONTROLED HELICOPTERS AND ALL PRODUCTS RELATED TO THEM ARE NOT TOYS AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE.  When purchasing and using these products, the user agrees to accept responsibility for all such risks, and not holding the battery manufacturer or retailers/distributor responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of kits, or accessories, parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model.

 

RC Helicopters

RC model helicopters are not toys and are not suitable for children.
Carefully read all instructions before operation.
If you are a beginner, it is advisable to to seek assistance from an experienced RC helicopter pilot.
