Orders shipped to addresses within the USA will ship by UPS. Priority Mail or Express Mail is used for APO, P.O Box addresses and some oversized shipments such as posters. If you need faster services (Typically 2 to 3  Days compared to UPS Ground) select PRIORITY MAIL for shipping method.

Express Mail and UPS Next Day orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday to Thursday until 3PM Eastern Standard Time. (Excluding holidays)

 

International Orders

 

International orders are sent via US. Mail.

Surface delivery to international addresses is neither traceable nor insurable. For these reasons, we offer air shipping only. Oversize or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. You the customer are solely responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by your country regarding the import of your order. Please consult with your countries authorities regarding possible charges.All overseas orders will include a customs form detailing contents and value. The customs form will state that the contents are ''Flight Training Supplies''. Shipping time for most overseas orders is quoted as 5 to7 working days. It is then up to your postal service to deliver to you in a timely fashion after the order is cleared by Customs.

Items sent outside the USA requiring warranty repairs or service will need to be returned to the manufacturer at the customers expense. The customer is responsible for shipping to and from the USA based manufacturer.

To see shipping charges, simply add products to the ''Basket'' and then choose your shipping destination. Order totals, with shipping costs will be shown before you checkout.

 

Priority Mail USA & APO Addresses

 

APO shipments will ship by US. Mail. As you check out of our store, please choose Priority Mail USA & APO Addresses as your shipping location.Then follow the prompts as you proceed to process your order.

A Sales Tax of 6.25% is added to orders made or shipped within the State of Massachusetts only.
