 How do I place my Order?


  • Add your Items to the Shopping Cart
  • As you add each item to the Shopping Basket you have the option to continue to add items, or go to the ''Checkout''
  • When you are ready to make you purchase, click on ''Checkout'' to see your order details with shipping costs and enter your payment information
  • Choose your delivery address to see your order total including shipping costs

International Orders


International orders are sent via US. Mail.

Surface delivery to international addresses is neither traceable nor insurable. For these reasons, we offer air shipping only. Oversize or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. You the customer are solely responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by your country regarding the import of your order. Please consult with your countries authorities regarding possible charges.All overseas orders will include a customs form detailing contents and value. The customs form will state that the contents are ''Flight Training Supplies'.  Please do not ask us to mark your delivery as a ''Gift'' to avoid Import Duties due.    

Shipping time for most overseas orders is quoted by the United States Postal Service at 5 to 10 working days. It is then up to your postal service to deliver to you in a timely fashion after the order is cleared by your Customs.

Items sent outside the USA requiring warranty repairs or service will need to be returned to the manufacturer at the customers expense. You the customer is responsible for shipping to and from the USA based manufacturer.


All customers are responsible to insure that the delivery address given with each order is secure, and attended by an adult if a signature is required by the delivery driver.
Items Refused, and returned to Helicopters Only are subject to a 20% Stocking Fee.

To see shipping charges, simply add products to the "basket" and then choose your shipping destination. Order totals, with shipping costs will be shown before you checkout.


APO/ AE / FPO Addresses


APO/AE/FPO shipments will ship by US. Mail.
As you check out of our store, please choose United States APO / FPO as your shipping location.
Then follow the prompts as you proceed to process your order.

To choose your Currency, from the Home Page click on the Dollar Symbol "$" at the top right side of our website, then  'Select your Currency' from the drop down list of countries listed. Since we ship world wide, we offer this as a guide for our overseas customers. Currency conversion rates are a guide for your convenience only. They are updated once each US business day. You will be charged in the shop's currency which is US. Dollars.


 Sales Tax


A Sales Tax of 6.25% is added to orders made or shipped within the State of Massachusetts only.



Important: Please contact Helicopters Only for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) first.

We will not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it new and in its original condition with all packaging, accessories and user manuals within 30 days from date of purchase. Returns must be received by Helicopters Only within 30 days of purchase. Items Refused, and returned to Helicopters Only are subject to a 20% Stocking Fee.

Please include a copy of your receipt and we will promptly refund the item price less original and return shipping costs. Items needing repair after 30 days will be handled by the product manufacturer. Helicopters Only is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. You the customer will be responsible for the safe return of any package using a carrier offering tracking and insurance for the full value of the returned items. Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Special Order Items,Flight Link Simulations Flight Simulator Controls, Software and DVD's are not returnable.Once the eBook is ordered and delivered, ASA offers no return policy. Once the code leaves our facility, ASA can no longer control it or tell if copies have been made. Therefore, ASA has issued this no returns policy and we must follow suit.
